What this route costs
St Kilda is a leisure run rather than a business one, so it peaks on Friday evenings and Sunday nights rather than weekday mornings. It is also a common choice for visitors who want to be near the bay rather than in the middle of the city.
The two directions are priced slightly differently. A trip starting at the airport carries the $5.26 airport pickup fee, which is set by the airport and charged by every operator. Heading to the airport, it does not apply.

Getting to the door in St Kilda
Fitzroy Street and Acland Street are both slow going on a warm weekend, and parking near the foreshore is genuinely difficult. Being dropped at the door is worth more here than on most routes.
Arriving late at night?
We run 24 hours with no night rate, so a midnight arrival into St Kilda costs the same as a midday one. Add your flight number and we track it, however late it lands.
A weekend route more than a weekday one
St Kilda arrivals peak on Friday evenings and Sunday nights rather than Monday mornings. It is a leisure destination, and a common choice for visitors who would rather be near the bay than in the middle of the city.
Fitzroy Street, Acland Street and the foreshore
The three parts of St Kilda people arrive for are quite separate. Fitzroy Street runs down to the pier, Acland Street sits behind Luna Park, and the accommodation along St Kilda Road is a genuine distance from both. They are close on a map and not close with suitcases, so the address matters.
Parking here is the argument for being driven
On a warm weekend the streets around the foreshore are slow and parking is genuinely difficult. Being dropped at the door is worth more on this route than on most, and it costs the same whether the last few hundred metres take one minute or ten.
The trip back for an early flight
St Kilda is far enough from the airport that an early departure means leaving in the dark. We run 24 hours with no early morning premium, and your driver is allocated the night before rather than found on the morning.
