Transport that comes out of your plan, not your pocket
If your NDIS plan includes transport funding, we can bill approved trips directly rather than asking you to pay on the day and claim it back later. For participants making the same journey every week, that removes a lot of administration and a lot of out of pocket gaps.
We cover appointments, day programs, social and community participation, education, work travel and airport transfers where the trip sits within your approved supports.
How the billing works
Which arrangement applies depends on how your plan is managed:
- Self managed. We invoice you directly and you claim through the myplace portal.
- Plan managed. We invoice your plan manager. Give us their details when you book and you never see a bill.
- Agency managed. Talk to us before your first trip so we can confirm what is possible against your plan.
What we need when you book
- Your NDIS participant number.
- Whether your plan is self managed, plan managed or agency managed, and your plan manager’s contact if relevant.
- The appointment address and time, and whether you need a return trip.
- Any mobility requirements. Wheelchair accessible vehicles are available but need advance notice so the right vehicle is allocated.
Regular and standing bookings
If you travel to the same place on a fixed schedule, we can set up a standing booking so you are not calling every week. Where we can manage it we keep you with the same driver, which most participants on a long running program end up preferring.
Support workers and carers
A support worker or carer travels at no additional charge. Tell us when you book so the vehicle has room, particularly if mobility equipment is coming along as well.

Call 0460 306 061 with your participant number and how your plan is managed. We will confirm what we need before your first trip, and tell you honestly if your plan does not cover the journey you are asking about rather than leaving you to find out afterwards.
