Fleet questions
What is the difference between the Standard Taxi and the SUV?
Both seat up to 4 passengers. The SUV has more boot space, 4 Large and 3 Small Bags against 2 Large and 2 Small Bags in the Standard Taxi, and carries a $17.80 high occupancy surcharge.
How many people fit in the maxi taxi?
Up to 11 passengers with 8 Large Bags, at a $17.80 high occupancy surcharge on top of the standard fare. It needs to be booked in advance so the vehicle is allocated to your trip.
What is Premium Taxi Service?
A newer vehicle and a more experienced driver, for client pickups and events where the arrival matters. It costs the Standard Taxi fare plus $11.
Can I request a baby seat in any vehicle?
Yes, in any vehicle tier. It has to be requested when you book so the correct restraint is fitted beforehand.
Is a wheelchair accessible vehicle available?
Yes, with notice. Call us rather than booking online so the right vehicle is allocated to your trip.
