Airport transfers your finance team will not query
Corporate travel goes wrong in predictable ways: a driver who does not arrive, a fare that varies for the same trip, and an expense claim nobody can reconcile. Fixed pricing removes the last two, and pre booking removes the first.
Every trip is quoted before it is taken, so the amount on the invoice is the amount that was agreed. The same route costs the same in Friday peak as it does on a Sunday morning.
How accounts work
- Monthly invoicing. One invoice covering every trip, rather than staff filing individual claims.
- Cabcharge accepted. Cards, digital passes and eTickets, if your organisation already runs on it.
- Cost centre references. Add a reference when booking and it appears against the trip on your invoice.
- Multiple bookers. Several people in your organisation can book against the same account.
Client pickups
For visitors arriving from interstate or overseas, add meet and greet for $35. The driver waits inside the terminal with a name sign for up to an hour and helps with bags, rather than leaving a client to find the rank alone after a long flight.
Silver Service adds $11 for a newer vehicle and a more experienced driver, which is the booking most companies make when the passenger is a client rather than a colleague.
Setting up an account
Call us and tell us roughly how many trips a month you expect and who will be booking. There is no minimum spend and no joining fee. If your volume does not justify an account, we will say so and you can simply book as you go.
